Another great thing about this program is that you can use it over and over again to keep losing weight or if you have reached your target weight you can use this program to maintain it. Or you could even use this program as a quick 7 day weight loss before a special event. Now I don’t recommend you use it for this but if you are in a jam then it’s always an option.

7 Day Belly Blast DietUnlike most diet plans with the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet you won’t go hungry. In fact one of the reasons this diet is so successful is that you do eat all day long. You don’t even have to cut out the foods that other diets forbid like chocolate, peanut butter and barbeques. The diet goes on the principle that eating all day will boost your calorie burning metabolism and decrease specific fat storing hormones. You will probably be surprised to learn that most people who have great success with this program actually think they are eating too much. How many diet do you know of that that happens, I can’t think of any.

Josh Bezoni is the man behind the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet

He is a best selling author, personal trainer and nutritionist. Josh has already been a guest to many of the major TV networks and has already helped thousands upon thousands of people beat their belly fat problems. In his diet plan Josh puts the spot light on deadly foods that cause belly bulge and then goes into 37 different foods that get rid of it. Another great thing about this diet is that you can accomplish it by making simple switches to your meals.

The 7 Day Belly Diet doesn’t require a ton of time either, it was designed for the busy individual in mind. Let’s face it a lot of the diets we try fail because they are too time consuming. I can’t even tell you how many diets I have thrown myself into only to find that after the first week I was burnt out from all the work it required and I didn’t have time to keep doing it. The 7 Day Belly Blast Diet doesn’t require excessive time at all. I know I have already mentioned this point but I can’t get over it, with this diet plan you eat all day long and who would have through that would flatten your stomach!

4 Proactive Steps To Lose Weight

There are a lot of weight loss pills, fad diets, exercise programs or even outright scams scattered around the internet just for weight loss. But the thing is that, if you want to lose weight and is very determined, and want to avail or follow any weight loss strategy there is, you have to have a proactive stance on how you will achieve your goal of losing weight.

Here are five steps on gaining a proactive foundation on your goal to lose weight.

Make A Long Term Commitment And Will

No one has ever succeeded on attaining his goal without really making a binding promise to commit all his effort on achieving that goal in the end. Every goal there is should have a strong foundation, and every goal is founded upon strong will.

The same principle applies on committing yourself to losing weight. Every plan and move you will do should be directed on your goal of losing weight. Like for example, having constant problems, fights and stressful moments can contribute to excessive weight gain. So, if you really are committed on losing weight, you should also try to address those problems and unload unnecessary burdensome problems and distractions in your life.

Don’t Set Token Goals

steps to lose weightA lot of aspirants wish to take so much goals that they aren’t  realistic anymore. Try to make your goals as realistic as possible. Because a lot set up too ambitious goals like, losing 10 lbs. a day or almost 70 lbs. a week. We all know that cannot be achieved in normal circumstances. Trying to achieve more than what you can as of the moment will only cause disappointment and failure.

A realistic goal would be losing 2 lbs. a day or 14 lbs. a week. And by having a realistic goal, it is obvious that you should also have realistic approaches like walking for 30 minutes a day, or cutting down your calorie intake and making your lifestyle more active.

Learn To Love Healthy Food

Taking a diet or trying to lose weight does not necessarily mean you have to starve yourself to death in order to cut down those body fat. You just have to know what are the healthy foods and learn how to enjoy them. Learn how to prepare vegetables, fruits, and grains in order for them to be palatable for your taste.

Taking a diet does not mean that you have to deprive yourself of eating delicious food. You just have to be creative on preparing those meals in order for the taste and nutrition and to be sacrificed along your diet.

Exercise, Exercise, Exercise

You should have a mantra whenever you want to lose weight. One good mantra is by thinking always of exercise. A healthy diet coupled with exercise can burn out calories which would make you lose weight. Also, it makes your body more resistant to stress and other harms. Exercise also stabilizes your heartbeat.

Those are the four basic steps of jumpstarting your plans on losing weight. Just keep in mind that this should be a long term goal and you should incorporate those things on your lifestyle.

Weight And Balance: The Basic Principle Behind Weight Loss Programs

Perhaps the mantra that any person that wants to lose weight is this “Whatever comes in, goes out”. If you want to lose weight, think of your body as a typical machinery in a chemical plant. How much you feed on that machinery, should also be as much as what goes out of it. When this idea is applied to our body, just in terms of energy, how much energy you feed to your body, should also be as much energy that you should spend with it. Anything more than or less than would have an effect to your body.

weight and balanceA more illustrative example and idea is that, your body mass or weight is determined by the amount of energy you take in and the amount of energy you spend. The amount of energy that we use or take in is measured in calories. So, for example, you took in 1800 calories today, in order to maintain your body weight, you should also spend 1800 calories. If you spent only 1500 calories, then, the 300 calorie excess would add up to your weight. It’s just that simple. Or, for example, you took in 1200 calories, but spent 1800 calories today, the deficit of 600 calories would be obtained from reserved energy or fats. So, it’s pretty much clear, it’s just like having a balance. The number of calories you took in should be equal to the number of calories you spend or will be spending. An excess would result to weight gain, while a deficit would result to weight loss.

So how do we utilize this idea on losing weight? Well it’s simple. If you want to lose weight, then cut down your calorie intake, or spend more energy (by exercise), or more ideally, cutting down your calorie intake while spending more energy. But on the ground then, how is this used? Basically, the standard conversion of 1 pound to energy is 3500 calories. If for example, you have a deficit of 3500 calories, you’ll lose 1 pound overtime, that’s a standard. Whatever method you employ, it’s up to you.

But just be careful though, some think that what they have to do is starve themselves in order to lose weight. While this might result to sudden and very rapid weight loss, it has bad effects to our body. Over starving yourself suddenly would result to your body’s rate of metabolism adapt to that rapid change, abruptly making your metabolism slower. Hence, if your metabolism would slow down, it would be harder to lose weight then. You should keep in mind then that the safest way of losing weight without necessarily unintentionally manipulating your rate of metabolism is by losing 1% of your current weight every day.
